Owner Janeen champions the use of fair trade resources and insists on using only Australian Made, Natural Organic products. None of our products are tested on animals. Janeen is also passionate about the environment, doing her best to reduce Masquerade’s footprint wherever possible.

Janeen, the owner of Masquerade had a vision to do ‘Beauty’ differently and it’s her mission to make EVERY treatment as relaxing as possible. You may come in for an eyebrow wax but you’ll leave feeling like you’ve just had a massage or facial. With a career spanning three decades working in various Day Spas, Hotels and Skin & Body Clinics in South Africa, United Kingdom and Australia, you know you’re in great hands. When she’s not working, Janeen’s out enjoying life with her partner or at home wondering just what all those kitchen devices really do.
SARAH, our Senior Therapist comes with 30 years experience. Originally from the UK, she immigrated to Australia with her family in 1998. Her favourite treatments are Massages and Facials and her clients can vouch for that, often falling asleep under her calming hands. She is loving working with Organicspa products and believes they deliver the best transformation in the skin she has ever seen. On her days off, you’ll find her in nature on long walks or meeting up with friends chatting all things natural living.

CANCELLATIONS
Should you need to cancel your appointment, 24hrs notification is kindly appreciated. Less than 24hr cancellation incurs a 50% cancellation fee.
